  • Individual consultation: 1 hour consultation for AUD$85

  • 4 week intensive “lifestyle shift” program: 4x one-one sessions for AUD$300

  • 3 month personalised coaching program: 6x one-one sessions for AUD$750

Within all consultations I will guide and support you with your nutrition, overall health and lifestyle and healthy home environment. For the personalised coaching programs they include personalised recommendations, recipes and information handouts sent to you after the session to support your transition. Healthy Home Environment Consultation

  • 1 hour 30 minute consultation for AUD$90

Give your house a healthy makeover! Here we will go through room by room to identify possible toxins, recommend safe alternatives and give you a plan to transition so it’s not overwhelming.

Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT)

  • Individual consultation: 1 hour consultation for AUD$85

Use the power of scent to gently shift awareness away from negative thoughts, feelings, and memories, and to initiate a positive outlook and anchor permanent shifts and attitude resulting in greater confidence, clarity and inner freedom. More information about AFT here.

Please note: specific essential oils are required for an AFT session to ensure the effectiveness of the clearing so only in-person sessions are available at this time.

 

Consultation information

All consultations (except AFT) are available either in person or online via phone or video call. Location for in person consults will be organised at the time of booking and based on location around Noosa/Mary Valley on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, at discretion of coach/practitioner.

Cancellation policy

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum 24 hours notice

  • If you do not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation, or you simply miss your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount which must be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment

  • Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner’s discretion

Payment information

  • Full payment is required at the time of your scheduled appointment

  • 10% off is offered off the cost of the multiple session programs if paid up front

  • Please book an initial free 15 minute health consult first to determine if this package is right for you and decide to work together. Appointments and payments will then be arranged.
